| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Idaho must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Idaho street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Idaho or an entity authorized to do business in Idaho, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
